West Windsor Plainsboro Wildcats Cheer 2026/27

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

*Please Note:

There is a $100 volunteer bond, built into your registration fees, which will be returned at the end of the season if qualifications are met!
The Mitey Mites team is a discounted exhibition team, meaning that they perform at some events but do not plan to compete at this time.
Teams will be finalized once registration is closed to make sure that all cheerleaders are on a best-fit team.

PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING READY BEFORE MOVING FORWARD:

***The following information and documents are required in order to complete your registration:

A recent digital photo of your athlete (facing the camera, shoulders and up. School or passport photos work well).
A digitally scanned copy of their original birth certificate (we will ALSO need the original copy to be verified by Pop Warner and then returned to you).
The athlete's medical and health insurance information (including policy number).
The date of the athletes last Tetanus booster.
Contact information for the athlete's primary care physician.
Emergency contact information (someone other than yourself).

Once you complete your registration here, please visit https://popwarner.sportsaffinity.com to confirm/upload remaining documents such as their final report card of the year. You will need to log into your account again to do so. Registration is not complete without these steps. Thank you!

Competition teams are required to commit to practicing at least 3 days per week, and to perform at least four, possibly up to six times, in the season, which runs from July 15th through the end of February. Please see the "Cheerleading" tab of our website for tentative competition dates. By registering, you are committing to ALL travel.

Registration fees include the cost of these competitions and other costs that allow us to run the program. It also helps to pay for fun program activities throughout the season such as participation in community events, "Pin parties," and pizza practices!

Need-based scholarships are available for eligible families to cover all or part of the registration fees (other fees such as for uniforms and travel still apply). Please contact us to learn more. All information will be kept confidential.
